Dynamic Role Theory - an Introduction
Dynamic Role Theory (DRT) is intended to capture intrapersonal and interpersonal dynamic phenomena in a unified framework using the basic concepts of Role Theory developed by J.L. Moreno and followers.
Role Theory considers the human soul consists of roles, and role structures. Roles are
the nature of the dynamics between roles. I supposed that with the concept of roles and connections between them that can be "warming up" or "cooling down" connections one can catch several phenomena. In this framewrok the concept of Valuing roles has a conceptual power because one just have to connect these Valuing roles with the other ones identified and the whole short and long scale dynamics (short scale: interaction of role; long scale: change of connections due to psychodrama and other efforts) can be captured.
